CSRD is the EU's mandatory reporting directive for large companies. Almost all SMEs and non-EU suppliers are out of scope. Your EU customers still need your data for their CSRD reports, in the VSME format.
Omnibus I narrowed CSRD to companies with over 1,000 employees and over €450 million net turnover. They may not ask suppliers with up to 1,000 employees for more than VSME covers.
