Terms of use and licence

These terms apply when you use the Loop Reports website or our studio services. They are written to be read, not skimmed.

Agreement

Loop Reports is operated by Burak Yamanlıca, self⁠-⁠employed (Hitit Tax Office, Ankara), Kuloğlu Sokak 10/16, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye (“we”). By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

The service

Loop Reports is a browser app for preparing designed sustainability reports, data files and websites, including websites made from a published PDF. You can use it free of charge in preview: previews and downloads then carry a PREVIEW mark.

Your content

Your data, texts, images and reports remain yours. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the rights to logos, photos and other material you add. We do not see the content you prepare in the app, except a website you choose to publish online.

Not advice or assurance

The app helps you structure, calculate and present information. It does not provide assurance, audit, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and using it does not make a report compliant with CSRD/ESRS, VSME, TSRS, CBAM, the GHG Protocol or any other framework. You remain responsible for your report. Loop Reports is not affiliated with EFRAG, the European Commission, KGK, EcoVadis or CDP.

Photos

Library photos come from Pexels, Pixabay and Openverse (CC0 and public domain only) under licences that allow commercial use. Opening videos come from Pexels under its licence. Credits are shown in the reports and websites.

Availability and changes

We improve the app regularly and may change features. We aim to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Files you have downloaded keep working without us.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Intellectual property

The app, its templates, designs and texts are protected by copyright and belong to us. Copying, reverse engineering or offering the app or its templates as your own product is not permitted.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live.
